📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.,Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis on HR metrics and trends.,Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing accurate and timely information.,Support the HR team in the implementation of company policies and procedures.,Assist in the coordination of employee benefits and compensation.,Support the HR team in the management of employee relations and conflict resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administrative or support roles.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
