📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.,Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence.,Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify market trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends in Kalimantan Timur.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business development tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
