📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Ensuring a positive and friendly customer experience
  • Managing cash register and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Assisting customers with product inquiries and recommendations
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly
  • Following company policies and procedures
  • Working as part of a team to achieve daily sales targets
  • Performing other duties as assigned

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexible and willing to work shifts including weekends and holidays
