Based in Badung, you’ll be at the heart of Bali’s culinary scene, working with top-tier chefs, restaurateurs, and hospitality professionals.

As a Culinary Recruitment Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the best culinary talent for our clients. You’ll work closely with our team of recruiters, sourcing agents, and industry experts to identify and attract top talent. Your daily tasks will include conducting interviews, assessing candidates’ skills and experience, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining and updating our database of culinary talent, ensuring we have a diverse and high-quality pipeline of candidates.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead talent acquisition efforts for culinary positions, including chefs, sous chefs, and kitchen staff.
• Source, screen, and hire top culinary talent for our clients, ensuring a high-quality and diverse pipeline of candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain and update our database of culinary talent, ensuring it is comprehensive and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with our team of recruiters, sourcing agents, and industry experts to identify and attract top talent.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, certifications, and best practices in culinary recruitment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and industry contacts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in culinary recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sourcing, screening, and hiring top culinary talent.
• Strong knowledge of the Bali F&B industry, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in culinary recruitment or a related field is a plus.
