📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in managing the sales counter, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.,Handle customer inquiries, process sales transactions, and provide product information.,Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of products.,Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.,Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and inventory management systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Passionate about sales and customer service.
