As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and selection process for new hires,Manage employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct training and development programs for employees,Handle employee benefits and compensation,Manage the company's HR information system,Lead and mentor the HR team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using HR software and information systems,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Experience in managing a team is a plus,Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus
