📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in administering employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and paperwork.,Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Support the HR team in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.,Assist in the resolution of employee concerns and issues, in accordance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
