📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.

Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and trends.

Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.

Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
