• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Microsoft Project.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and drive innovation.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and report progress to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT project management.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including networking, database management, and cybersecurity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
