📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain a clean and organized office environment.,Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, printing, and scanning.,Provide excellent customer service to visitors and clients.,Manage office supplies and ensure they are restocked as needed.,Coordinate with other office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.,Handle office security and ensure all visitors are properly checked in and out.,Assist with event planning and setup for company meetings and events.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office boy or similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with basic office equipment and software.,Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 kg.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
