As a Materials Engineer & Safety Officer, you'll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of construction materials, from procurement to installation. You'll work closely with our project teams to develop and implement quality control plans, conduct material testing, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your safety officer role will involve creating and enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and providing training to our workforce. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the procurement, testing, and quality control of construction materials, ensuring they meet project specifications and industry standards.
• Develop and implement quality control plans for construction projects, including material testing and inspection protocols.
• Conduct regular safety inspections across project sites, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for project teams, ensuring compliance with local and international safety regulations.
• Monitor and report on material performance and safety incidents, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure quality and safety standards are integrated into project planning and execution.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in materials engineering and construction safety.
• Ensure all project documentation and records are maintained in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials engineering and quality control in the construction industry.
• Certification as a Materials Engineer (e.g., Certified Materials Engineer by the American Society for Testing and Materials, ASTM).
• Certification in Construction Safety (e.g., Safety Professional (SP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals).
• Proficiency in using quality control software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
