📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement human capital strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.,Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.,Oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate with senior management to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.,Manage general affairs, including office administration, facilities management, and procurement.,Oversee employee benefits and wellness programs.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Lead and mentor HR staff to ensure high performance and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Capital and General Affairs management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS and general office management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
