📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the payroll process for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.,Oversee the preparation and processing of payroll reports, including tax calculations and deductions.,Coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll data is accurate and up-to-date.,Implement and maintain payroll systems and software, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.,Provide guidance and support to employees regarding payroll-related queries and issues.,Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.,Participate in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.,Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a healthcare or international environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international payroll laws and regulations.,Proficient in payroll software and systems, such as Oracle, SAP, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
