📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen potential candidates using various recruitment channels.
  • Conduct job interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update job postings on various platforms.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
