📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.
  • Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Review and edit technical content for clarity, consistency, and correctness.
  • Assist in the development of user guides, manuals, and other technical materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Provide technical writing support to the marketing and sales teams.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the improvement of technical writing processes and tools.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
