PT Fajar Bintang Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. If you have a passion for numbers and a keen eye for detail, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers,Prepare and analyze financial reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Process payroll and manage employee benefits,Handle vendor invoices and payments,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Conduct regular reconciliations,Provide ad-hoc accounting support as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting,Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP),Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian GAAP,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
