PT Pilar Abadi is looking for a Deputy Distribution Officer to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth distribution of our products to various regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of distribution strategies.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.,Manage delivery schedules and ensure products are delivered on time.,Coordinate with sales teams to understand customer needs and adjust distribution accordingly.,Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
