📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.,Maintain accurate records of all financial documents and ensure proper filing systems.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and staff on accounting procedures.,Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
