📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with benefit programs.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts, and mediate disputes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a human resources department.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
