In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update general ledger accounts, including recording daily transactions and reconciling bank statements.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes, and ensuring timely payment.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and local tax laws.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities.,Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
