📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain inventory records using SAP and Excel, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely receipt and proper storage of incoming goods.
• Coordinate with distribution centers to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to provide insights for decision-making.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to comply with company policies and industry standards.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff on inventory management best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory administration or a similar role in a logistics or supply chain environment.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Excel for inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and best practices is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
