In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical support to our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues,Install, configure, and update software and applications,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures,Perform regular system updates and maintenance tasks,Assist in the development and implementation of IT training programs for employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Proficient in using English for communication and documentation

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of programming languages such as PythonJavaor C++Familiarity with ITIL frameworkExperience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or AzureKnowledge of database management systemsExperience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNowCertifications in IT support or related fields are a plus
