📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting food safety and quality tests according to industry standards and regulations.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.,Analyzing and interpreting test results to identify any potential issues or concerns.,Preparing and maintaining laboratory records and reports.,Assisting in the development and implementation of new testing procedures and protocols.,Collaborating with the kitchen and food service teams to address any food safety or quality issues.,Ensuring compliance with all food safety and quality regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards, such as HACCP, ISO, and other relevant certifications.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instruments, including microscopes, spectrophotometers, and pH meters.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
