📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems and infrastructure in the tea plantation.,Ensure that all electrical systems are in compliance with safety and industry standards.,Work with the team to identify and implement improvements to our electrical systems and infrastructure.,Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior electrical engineers and technicians.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our electrical systems meet the needs of our operations.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure their reliability and safety.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in electrical engineering and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on industrial or agricultural applications.,Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.,Familiarity with relevant safety and industry standards, such as OSHA and NEC.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with electrical software and tools, such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.
