📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies that will help the company achieve its goals.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing them with the guidance and support they need to succeed.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.,Ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.,Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and processes.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
