📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.,Lead and mentor the quality control team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and patterns.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met across the organization.,Ensure all quality control documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with a leadership role preferred.,Strong knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Understanding of ISO standards and other relevant quality management systems.
