📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage daily resort operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Oversee and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the resort.

• Manage and train the resort staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data management and analysis.
