📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and team members
