📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recommendations.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and compliance to ensure a smooth hiring process.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and referral sources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
