📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

• Providing coaching, training, and mentoring to sales team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or sales management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
