📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns for our clients, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our clients' business goals.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and provide regular reports to our clients.
• Collaborate with our creative and technical teams to ensure the successful execution of our clients' campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to our junior team members.
• Manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new business opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media platforms.
• Experience in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
