📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.,Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities and risks, providing actionable insights to the leadership team.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments and external partners.,Monitor and report on budget performance, variance analysis, and financial KPIs.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory filings.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) in a corporate or hospitality setting.,Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.,Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant financial software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Familiarity with the hospitality and tourism industry is a plus.
