📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.,Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.,Coordinate with senior management to address HR-related issues and initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
