🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.,8+ years of experience in project management, strategic consulting, or business transformation.,Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.,Understanding of the healthcare industry and Bayer's business is a plus.
