📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and discipline.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Lead and mentor junior staff members.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
