Sky Shop Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. As a Senior Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.,Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best possible prices and service levels.,Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and hygiene regulations.,Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of food and beverage service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies.,Experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
