📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of dental professionals.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to staff members.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop training plans.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in dental training and education.,Provide guidance and support to junior training officers and staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Dental Hygiene, Dental Technology, or Education).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the dental field.,Strong knowledge of dental procedures, equipment, and protocols.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with training software and technologies.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
