📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies,Identifying and assessing risks, and developing strategies to mitigate them,Preparing and presenting audit reports and risk assessments to management and stakeholders,Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance operational excellence,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of audit and risk management processes,Providing guidance and support to other departments on audit and risk management matters,Collaborating with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required,Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial and operational records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in audit and risk management,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Certification in audit and risk management (e.g., CMA, CIA, or equivalent) is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
