📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor store performance and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Train and develop store staff to ensure they meet performance standards.
  • Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment is a plus.
