📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute strategic growth plans to drive revenue and market penetration in the fintech and payments sector.,Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players, including banks, payment processors, and fintech companies.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.,Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.,Lead and mentor a team of business development and partnerships professionals.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of growth initiatives.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on growth strategies, partnerships, and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in strategic growth, business development, or partnerships in the fintech and payments industry.,Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies and partnerships.,Strong understanding of the fintech and payments ecosystem, including payment processors, banks, and fintech companies.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations is a plus.
