🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of team dynamics and leadership principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with HR practices and procedures is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
