Accenture is seeking a dynamic and experienced Proposal Management Specialist to join our team in Bali. As a Proposal Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire proposal lifecycle, from initial concept to final submission. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and manage the proposal process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all deliverables.,Coordinate with internal teams and clients to gather and analyze information to support proposal development.,Prepare and submit proposals in a clear, concise, and compelling manner that effectively communicates the value of Accenture's services.,Track and manage proposal budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to project parameters.,Collaborate with the proposal team to maintain and improve proposal templates and processes.,Provide proposal support and guidance to junior team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in proposal management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal management, consulting, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the proposal lifecycle and process management.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proven track record of successfully managing multiple proposals simultaneously.
