📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the KOKUO Family Massage & Reflexology center, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
• Implement and monitor marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Manage inventory and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for the management team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the wellness or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a business.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
