📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development of digital banking solutions and applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and security.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing Application Development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement IT development strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring seamless user experience and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and drive the adoption of best practices and emerging tools.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as PCI DSS and ISO 27001.
• Represent the IT Development division in executive meetings, providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT development, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Proven experience in digital banking and application development, with a strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++, and experience with frameworks like Spring, Django, or React.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
