📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage solutions.
• Support the IT security team by implementing and monitoring security protocols, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption.
• Work with VMware and Cisco networking tools to configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Participate in security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve infrastructure and security practices.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and security concepts.
• Familiarity with VMware, Cisco networking tools, and security protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
