As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene. You will work closely with the Store Manager to implement and maintain operational procedures, and you will be the first point of contact for customers and staff, providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including inventory control and staff scheduling.
• Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene by implementing and maintaining operational procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Train and mentor new staff to ensure they understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the outlet.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of managing daily operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
