📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide personalized guest services, including arranging private tours, managing guest requests, and ensuring all special needs are met.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, ensuring seamless execution of weddings, corporate retreats, and other special occasions.
• Maintain the villa's impeccable cleanliness and organization, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-stocked.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed to ensure the villa's amenities are always available.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other service staff to ensure smooth operations and high standards of service.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and discretion, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes, including managing keys, documentation, and billing.
• Act as a point of contact for guests, providing information and assistance as needed throughout their stay.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a butler or concierge role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and knowledge of local languages (Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
• Familiarity with luxury hospitality software and tools, such as Opera, Cvent, or similar systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia and the ability to work full-time in Bali.
