📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze production data using tools like SAP and Excel to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies to improve operational performance.
• Conduct process mapping and value stream analysis to optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff on best practices in industrial engineering.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on manufacturing or garment production.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and other relevant software for data analysis and process optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel to different production sites as required.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
